Our advanced circular knitting technology, which we use to produce all of our products on world-class Santoni SM8 Top2 machinery, creates garments within a single tube or cylinder of knitted fabric. Zero Lateral Friction:

Outer side seams have been eliminated in this premium shapewear to ensure that a second skin feel is provided that remains invisible under clothes that are closely fitted.

Our Engineered Sectional Compression

Garments are created with precise digital programming to create unique zones of elasticity and support within the garment. From high-elasticity stomach control to breathable mesh sections on the back of the garment and targeted butt lift sections, all can be created within a single seamless garment.

10% to 15% Cost Savings on Secondary Processing:

The automation of our programming allows for direct transfer of jacquard designs, laser cut-outs are included within the design and digital printing on tubular fabrics is very efficient. This contrasts with traditional seamed manufacturing and results in significant material waste savings and reduced production costs.

Fabric Weights – Customise your fabric to the exact level of support your customers require with our Custom Fabric Weights which are available in a range of yarn specifications (e.g. $3030+100\text{D}$, $4030+140\text{D}$, etc). Higher denier (D) and machine-packed yarns deliver a premium hand-feel, supreme coverage and dynamic rebound.
Functional Additives： These enhance your collection with moisture management, antibacterial treatment and thermal properties.

Precision Size Scaling & Machine Calibration

Our machine is designed to print exactly to the cylinder size of your design, ensuring that there is never any pulling of fabric due to irregular sizing, and the fabric is able to remain elastic in all printed areas and on all body types.

Standard Sizes (XS – S) Calibrated on 14” to 15” equipment.

Our Plus-Size Shapewear items in sizes L–XXL are knitted on very specialized heavy-duty machines. These are typically set up to knit on 16” to 20” wide beds and are specifically designed to produce knit of comfortable compression without excessive stretch.
