Advanced Fiber Matrix

Our multi-yarn system includes a mix of specialized face yarns and highly elastic base yarns.

Thermal Protection & Moisture Management. We have created Thermal Protection garments using hollow-fiber polyesters and premium nylon blends. In addition to thermal protection, the garments also incorporate functional fibers such as Coolmax®, and anti-bacterial/anti-odor yarns. These fibers enable athletes to remain bone-dry and odor-free, after extended periods on the slopes.

High-Denier Support: Our High-Denier Support yarns are available in various specialist specifications including 4030+100D and 4030+140D. These machine-packed yarns produce heavier weight fabrics of maximum opacity and excellent wrapping properties compared to less expensive empty-spun alternatives.

Dimensional Stability: We test all fabrics for physical characteristics such as tensile strength (ASTM D5034) as well as washing and drying shrinkage to ensure garments retain their shape and avoid sagging.

We produce our closed cell foam in various circular machine cylinder sizes in order to guarantee the perfect compression for all markets worldwide.
