Specialized Fiber Matrix & Yarn Selection

An automated multi-yarn system is used to blend technical face yarns with highly elastic base yarns:

The Material Blend: We blend high-grade Nylon (polyamide) with premium Spandex (elastane) in core-spun yarns. We can add functional fibers such as Coolmax® to enable moisture-wicking. Additionally, we can add specialized anti-bacterial and anti-odor treatments to the fibers.

High-Denier Compression: Available in the following specialized versions 3050+100D and 4030+140D. The Machine-Packed Yarns have a very tight weave and thus an excellent shape retention. They have a very luxury feel and are far superior to comparable empty-spun yarns that are offered at low prices on the market.

Physical Performance Testing: Our elastic recovery on stretch fabrics exceeds 85% and meets the highest standards of tensile strength (ASTM D5034) and burst strength (ISO 13938-1) for every batch of production.

Precision Size Scaling

To ensure our production line fits within specified irregularities and odd sizes found in various markets around the world, we are producing several different sizes of circular machine cylinders.

Standard Sizes (XXS–XL) are knitted on 13” to 18” precision machinery.

Plus-Size & High-Support (XXL–XXXL): This product is programmed on 19” to 20” heavy-duty machinery to offer uncompromised support, excellent coverage and comfortable compression for the plus-size woman.
