For all our knitted products we use a complex multi-yarn system of face-yarns with functional characteristics and of base-yarns with high-elasticity.

Fabric Composition: Our performance fabrics are made from premium Nylon (polyamide) blended with high-performance Spandex (elastane) core-spun yarns. We also supply functional fiber integrated fabrics, such as Coolmax® moisture-wicking fabrics and eco-friendly anti-microbial treatments that keep garments fresh for longer.
Premium Denier Selection: Premium Denier available in special recipe specifications such as $3030+100\text{D}$, $3050+100\text{D}$, or $4030+140\text{D}$. Our machine packed yarns provide superior durability, heavier fabric weight that is non see through, and a buttery-soft hand feel unlike typical empty-spun denier fabrics.
Rigorous Quality Metrics：Every fabric produced by Kliban goes through rigorous testing for tensile strength (per ASTM D5034), burst strength (per ISO 13938-1), and washing shrinkage (limited to ≤3%).

Standard Profiles (XS–S) are made on Knitting Machines of 14” to 15” precision.

Plus-Size & Extended Comfort (L–XL): Made on 16” to 19” circular machinery to ensure that the garment will maintain its form and have the correct stretch-recovery of over 85% and coverage on larger frame sizes.
