A tool is used to automatically create a multi-yarn frame. This enables the perfect mix of technical face-yarns and highly elastic base-yarns.

The Material Matrix: High-grade Nylon (polyamide) blended with premium Spandex (elastane) core-spun yarns. Our products can also be equipped with functional fibers like Coolmax® for high-performance moisture transport as well as with eco-friendly anti-microbial/anti-odor treatments to keep your apparel fresh for a long time.
Squat-Proof Denier Profiles. These profiles are offered in the specialized specifications $3030+100\text{D}$, $3050+100\text{D}$, $4030+100\text{D}$, or $4030+140\text{D}$. Machine-packing of the yarns in these profiles results in a tight weave, good wrapping properties, and a very heavy but soft fabric weight that is 100% opaque and does not allow any see-through.
Rigorous Quality Metrics: Every fabric run ensures an elastic recovery rate of over 85% on stretch fabrics and passes rigorous tensile (ASTM D5034) and burst strength (ISO 13938-1) testing.

Precision Size Scaling & Machine Calibration
